 When the Dual Nationality Law was passed in Belize, it was assumed that once you are a citizen you are entitled to all rights and privileges like every other citizen that is currently living in Belize. BELMOPAN, Belize -- The government of Belize has received, from the London Court of International Arbitration, an official copy of the “First Partial Award” made by the Arbitral Tribunal in the matter of the Belize Bank Limited v the Government of Belize. The Tribunal has dismissed all the claims of the Belize Bank.
